Most of the apartments are affordable, whose price are very friendly to international students, at around 400 dollars. Besides, it is closed to school, which is really convenient. The only problem is most of them are old, however, there is no security issues, and they are cost-effective for international students.
As for the house, most of them are inexpensive and closed to the city center, so they can be used as transitional living places for international students.
